The “Global Adviser Program” – GAP 2012. The “GAP” program will continue to deliver
a strong program based on content with a high level meeting agenda.
The “Gap” program has been running for several years and is
the host to the Money Management Financial Planner of the year. The
program has been designed for Financial Services professionals eager to gain a
greater understanding of what is happening globally in our industry from a
business, economic and investment point of view and we all know there is plenty
happening offshore. The benefits will assist to increase your global
knowledge and return with ideas that can be implemented immediately. This
year I am delighted that Jim Stackpool from SCAT will also join the program. Jim’s
contribution and participation will be a welcomed addition to the “GAP” program
this year.
This year’s “GAP” program will again incorporate the FPA
conference in San Antonio and include a number of business, investment
and economic update meetings prior to our arrival into San Antonio. We
also plan to connect with our global peers from over 12 countries to discuss
how to share insights into our global industry and in some case how we may
share clients. It is in this all important global arena I have taken a
personal interest and strongly believe meeting with our global peers is
invaluable creating an opportunity to discuss the different stages of business
development and what regulations work best in different countries.
